Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were bright, with great decor, and very cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the room was always clean and accommodating. However, there was a bit of dampness present and no WiFi available in the building I was assigned, which was quite inconvenient for us since we spent our mornings in the room. The hotel staff did a fantastic job attending to our room daily, even with the recent storm affecting the area.
The hotel was clean and nice, but the room was smaller than expected. It was in a quieter area of the hotel. The room had a little bit of a muggy smell, which made it less comfortable compared to other places we stayed at in Puerto Rico.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were bright, beautifully decorated, and cozy, with comfortable beds. However, they were not as clean as I would have liked. The service was great, offering helpful room service and tour assistance. The location was superb, close to the ferry dock and El Yunque rainforest, but unfortunately, the open layout attracted mosquitoes. The dining options were excellent, featuring many local products, but I found them a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location is less than ideal, situated in the middle of an industrial/residential district with limited amenities nearby. However, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and feature modern bathrooms with beautiful bamboo themed furniture. Unfortunately, the lack of WiFi in the assigned building was very inconvenient.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms furnished with amenities like a refrigerator, iron, ironing board, TV with Showtime and HBO, and a safe; however, there was a lack of comforters making the nights slightly cold. Despite this, the services offered and the pricing provided a satisfactory experience. The location, while beneficial for accessing the ferry, lacked complementary drinks, coffee amenities, and surrounding walkable areas. The dining options, although requiring additional payment for variety, were decent. Overall, the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel provided spacious rooms with modern amenities and beautiful bamboo themed furniture, although lacking a hair dryer, fridge, or microwave. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking grass and foliage. The service was satisfactory with room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. Despite the gritty location far from beaches and lacking complimentary amenities, the proximity to the harbor and nearby travel destinations like the ferry and El Yunque rainforest was beneficial. The dining experience was mixed, with an exceptional hotel breakfast but additional charges for other food items. The facilities were well-equipped, although some improvements could enhance the overall stay.
The hotel is nicely tucked in from the rest of the town in a corner and while the location is not near town or the beach, it is very close to the marina. The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable, and it was great that they were attended to daily even when we stayed in until late morning. However, the price seems a bit high for the amenities provided. The dining options were minimal, and expect to pay extra for anything beyond basic breakfast like toasts and juice.
Upon arrival, I found the location rather gritty, in the middle of an industrial/residential district, which was not ideal. However, the spacious rooms were nice, and I particularly enjoyed the pool and the great dinner at Blue Iguana. The outdated rooms did have me concerned about the overall comfort during my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although basic, were clean and provided just the essentials, but the dampness and lack of WiFi in my building were inconvenient. The location was excellent, with one large pool featuring a unique bar inside. On the downside, being far from town and having to pay for ice felt a bit insulting.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need, but lacks a comforter which may get a bit cold at night. It's conveniently close to the ferry dock, making it easy for early morning departures. However, the location seems a bit isolated with limited amenities nearby.
